This 75-minute, personalized session is catered to the specific needs of getting you and your soul right with each other once again. We will begin with an energetic diagnostic along with an in-depth conversation about your intentions, your needs, and your goals.

Spiritual Cleansing

Plumes of smoke envelop our bodies as we release that which does not serve us.
Spiritual cleansing is a common practice in shamanic modalities of healing. The healer works with their spiritual allies in conjunction with the protective energy of the participant to rid the emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies of stubborn, unwanted, heavy, or stagnant energy.
I weave together traditional methods with my own channeled wisdom to cleanse you. In this session, we will move through a guided ceremony, physical and spiritual body scanning, identification & naming of unwanted energy, and in-depth cleansing. We will work with prepared herbs and plant medicines to thoroughly cleanse and release.
Please allow for 2 hours of down time post cleansing.
Sound Healing
Vibrational healing. Potent mantra. Deep release.
Sound healing is used across cultures as a potent modality of healing. Vibrations from sacred instruments like rattles, drums, and singing bowls penetrate deeply into the body and spirit.
In addition to sacred instruments, I employ the use of medicinal songs and mantra.
Mantra: hard to capture in words, felt deeply in the soul. sacred songs and syllables uttered in Sanskrit to target specific healing functions and areas of the body/psyche. Here, we work with ancient sound to invite in deep healing.
Medicine Song: Ceremonial songs used to call on different aspect of nature, specific plant spirits, or to invoke the ancestors. Songs are in English, Spanish, or Punu.
The outcome of my sound healing offerings can range from deep emotional release to deep sleep. I work with your unique needs and feedback to channel mantra, song, and sound as my medicine.
Plant Medicine Integration
Iboga, Ayahuasca + Dieta, and Psilocybin (mushrooms)
Master teacher plants take us on an awaited journey back home to ourselves and our purpose. they are the most adept teachers for this task.
